Job Description Core Responsibilities: Manage the business of the assigned team through the designated Coverage team and their performance. Partner with the Real Estate department in service delivery, working independently to grow revenue while managing portfolio risk. Develop credit skills and understanding of risk/reward parameters, and handle exceptions and customer service issues. Handle customer inquiries and service issues proactively to enable focus on cross-selling complex products. Maintain good customer and product knowledge, effective problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to meet performance targets and collaborate effectively. Maintain a level of zero expiry for all assigned. Achieve annual targets for performing loans as set by Senior Management. Cross-sell GFM, GTB products, and other relevant products to benefit customers. Keep NPL below 4%, conduct timely credit reviews/renewals, and ensure satisfactory audit reports. Deliver superior customer service, acting as a client service manager, resolving problems, and facilitating other services. Enhance credit analysis skills. Ensure compliance with internal processes, policies, and procedures, including documentation of call reports, KYC, and operational matters, and process proposals within SLA. Specific Accountabilities Knowledge of appraisals, financial modeling, and legal/regulatory environments. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage people and work under pressure. Organize workload and meet deadlines. Interpretation and appraisal of financial statements/feasibility reports. Operate within group policies and governance frameworks. Decision-making authority as per the approved authorization matrix. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance or Business; professional accounting qualification is an advantage. Knowledge of English and Arabic languages is preferable.
