Planning Engineer

Ensure the timely preparation of charts and diagrams as required for reports, indicating planned, actual, and forecast. Prepare narratives for reports, analyze achievements, and their likely effects on remaining scope of work. Attend regular progress meetings with project management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure work aligns with the agreed program. Assist the Operation Manager & Quantity Surveyor in tracking the project against its baseline schedule. Identify potential areas of delay, highlight critical events, and suggest mitigation measures to minimize delays during progress meetings. Update programs and prepare reports weekly. Prepare monthly progress reports. Support in preparing documentation required by the Operation Department. Qualifications: Experience in luxury villas (5 years in Dubai). Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Engineering or Science. MS Project software skills. Experience in landscape, interior fit-out, and civil works is an advantage. Focused on project delivery. Team player with good coordination and interfacing skills. Strong commitment to deadlines.
