About the Job An opportunity has arisen at Saadiyat Beach Club for a Guest Relations Executive . The role involves delivering a consistent, high-quality service, supervising and ensuring courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service in line with the Company’s Standards Policies & Procedures to maximize guest satisfaction. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Act as the “face” of the club and the first point of contact for guests. Greet guests with a smile and extend a polite, sincere welcome. Manage membership registration cards and follow up on guest payments. Answer and distribute all telephone, fax, or email communications from members and other guests. Handle cashiering and revenue collection. Adhere to all payment, cash handling, and credit policies & procedures. Provide information to callers. Greet persons entering the organization. Direct visitors to the correct destination. Address queries from the public and customers. Maintain a tidy reception area. Report problems to the supervisor with suggestions for resolution. About You Caring, positive attitude towards guests and colleagues. Hospitality mindset. Upholds professional values, ethics, and standards of integrity. Good command of English. High levels of integrity and maturity. Ability to work on weekends and shifts.
