Description
· Install, configure, and maintain servers, computer peripherals, IT hardware, application software, software tools, and software patches. · Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware such as smart boards, printers, and network infrastructure reported. · Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure, installation of antivirus and software patches. Monitor and remove viruses, spyware, and other unauthorized software, and update security procedures periodically. · Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes. · Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations. · Conduct briefings and demonstrations for users to enhance system productivity. · Offer technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, Unifi access points, switches, and firewalls. · Support distance and blended learning approaches when required and guide the training of teachers. · Support the admission department to manage the admission process. · Configure the firewall and create security policies. · Manage application and web filters, IPsec VPN, SSL VPN. · Monitor the bandwidth and internet usage. · Monitor and support any transition to a new MIS as and when required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
