Relationship Officer - SME - Dubai

Job Responsibilities Possess comprehensive knowledge of business banking products and services, including account management, loans, credit facilities, and other banking solutions tailored to SMEs. Actively work towards achieving assigned sales targets. Identify and understand the needs of SME clients and provide them with tailored banking solutions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth banking experience. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of banking products and services to clients. Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications: Minimum 1+ year of sales experience in Direct Sales in UAE or Home country. Prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Mortgages is a must. Fluency in English (Written and Spoken) is absolutely necessary.
