Description

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Personal Assistant - Arabic Speaker to support our executive team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring efficient operation and communication across various departments. The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic and English and has excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills. You will work closely with the executive team to facilitate administrative tasks and monitor project timelines. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the executive team’s schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Assist the executive team with daily administrative duties and a broad range of tasks. Facilitate communication between the executive team and internal and external stakeholders professionally. Organize and maintain meeting agendas, ensuring meetings are well-prepared and documented. Monitor and respond to emails and other communications on behalf of the executive team. Conduct research and prepare reports in English and Arabic as needed, providing accurate information. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, ensuring data privacy at all times. Arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Coordinate special projects and initiatives, tracking progress and communicating updates regularly. Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking for the executive team. Perform additional duties as required to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the executive team. Requirements Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English is essential. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a relevant administrative role. Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional interaction at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling and communication tools. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. High degree of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism. #J-18808-Ljbffr
