Employee Relations We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions. HR Generalist responsibilities include a good understanding of full cycle recruiting, monitoring employees' monthly KPI Submissions & reports, setting up company policies, maintaining updated employee records and solid knowledge of UAE labor laws. Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times. Responsibilities: Experience in HR management, HR operations, and employee relations Source CVs and schedule interviews for UAE and other countries Forecast hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly Conduct background checks Assist in onboarding and training management Manage employee KPI Sharing targets and manage records Draft letters (Offer letters, warning letters, termination letters) Perform other HR activities Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in UAE labor laws.
