Business Development Role in Cyber Security – Operational Technology (Global) Job Title: BDM – OT Cyber Security Job Overview: We are looking for an innovative and driven Business Development Manager to lead global initiatives in the Operational Technology (OT) Cyber Security domain. This role focuses on creating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving growth for Trinity Touch’s OT Cyber Security solutions, with a strong emphasis on Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, and IIOT security services across industries like manufacturing, energy, utilities, and transportation. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Client Engagement & Relationship Management • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key decision-makers across industries needing OT Cyber Security solutions. • Work collaboratively with the Global Cyber Leadership team to identify and capture opportunities in OT and ICS security markets. • Conduct high-impact client engagements, including presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations, to address OT security challenges effectively. Business Growth & Sales Expansion • Develop and execute business development strategies to meet sales targets and establish Trinity Touch as a market leader in OT Cyber Security globally. • Identify and prioritize opportunities across sectors such as energy, utilities, manufacturing, and transportation to create a sustainable sales pipeline. • Lead contract negotiations, proposals, and closing efforts to drive revenue growth. Internal Collaboration for Success • Partner with technical and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are innovative, feasible, and aligned with client needs. • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement campaigns, promotions, and events that raise awareness of OT Cyber Security solutions. Market Insights & Competitive Analysis • Monitor OT Cyber Security market trends, emerging technologies, and industry standards to stay ahead of market demands. • Provide actionable insights and feedback to product development teams to refine and enhance Trinity Touch’s OT Cyber Security portfolio. Partnerships & Alliances • Identify and develop strategic alliances with vendors, technology partners, and industry leaders to strengthen Trinity Touch’s offerings. • Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies in partnership with alliances to penetrate new markets effectively. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electronics, Cyber Security, or a related field. • Demonstrated expertise in business development or sales within the OT Cyber Security or industrial automation domains. • Strong knowledge of ICS, SCADA, PLCs, IIOT, and OT Cyber Security challenges. • Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443 and protocols like Modbus, OPC, and PROFINET. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Experience: • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client management in OT Cyber Security, industrial automation, or related sectors. • Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Prior experience in cultivating long-term client relationships and managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
