Kitchen Technician Opportunities - Atlantis The Royal About The Role Kitchen Technicians within our technical team oversee a large inventory of electric and gas commercial kitchen equipment and appliances. We are looking for candidates with demonstrated experience in the following areas: Knowledge of repairing and maintaining kitchen and refrigeration equipment such as walk-in freezers, industrial-sized steam cookers, refrigerators, ice machines, washers, ovens, dryers, dishwashers, and water coolers. Carrying out installation of new equipment and replacing defective parts. Experience in soldering and brazing skills for refrigeration maintenance and compressor installation. Ability to optimize PPM operations to minimize downtime. We require candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably 5 years or more. To succeed as a Kitchen Technician, you should be fluent and confident in maintenance and repair tasks, diagnosing issues, and taking corrective actions. You must have solid experience, a sound understanding of your trade, and the ability to work independently. Additionally, you should be able to methodically complete tasks while delivering high-quality service to hotel guests and colleagues.
