LEADING HOSPITALITY OPERATOR GCC EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL BASED IN UAE Food People have partnered with an expanding hospitality operator in Dubai in their search for a Marketing Manager. The role will be overseeing the A-Z of the department and leading both the team and external stakeholders. They require a strong marketing professional who can implement structure, SOP’S and has a strong understanding of current marketing trends. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop strategic marketing plans and programs for the brands to achieve corporate objectives in terms of revenue, profitability and market share. Constantly work on improving traffic and conversion rates through tactical promotions and strategic partnerships with agencies, suppliers and key media partners. Prepare the annual budget and business plan for the marketing department in line with the company’s year-end targets. Analyse marketing trends and market situations in the region in order to adjust strategy and tactics, as well as identify opportunities to increase sales. Manage the team to ensure financial targets are met, brand positioning is consistent and relationships with third parties are maximised. Utilising digital marketing tools to understand and interpret data from marketing campaigns. Plan and deliver promotional calendars and plans across the business. Create new and exciting content, bringing new ideas to the table. Present reports and project feedback to senior leaders within the business. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related fields. Experience in marketing communications, with a good knowledge of premium brand operations and management. Strong drive for results. Strong organisational and planning skills. Excellent understanding of digital marketing tools and strong analytical skills. GCC experience essential.
