As we continue to expand our creative capabilities, we are looking for a Creative Manager to lead and elevate our creative output across key client accounts, campaigns, and brand initiatives.Role Overview The Creative Manager will be responsible for leading the conceptualization, development, and execution of creative campaigns across a variety of mediums including digital, social, print, video, and on-ground activations. This role requires a balance of hands-on creative direction and strong leadership skills to manage a growing creative team and collaborate cross-functionally across departments. A deep understanding of local culture, audience behavior, and brand positioning in the MENA region is key fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of creative concepts and visual narratives that align with client briefs, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives. Oversee and mentor a team of graphic designers, copywriters, and freelance creatives to ensure delivery of high-impact work. Collaborate with strategy, client servicing, and production teams to develop 360-degree campaign ideas from ideation to final rollout. Participate in client meetings and pitches, confidently presenting creative ideas and rationale. Guide the production of creative assets for on-ground activations, social media, digital ads, packaging, and other marketing touchpoints. Ensure all creative work maintains the highest standard of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency. Stay updated on regional and global trends in design, advertising, and consumer behavior, bringing innovative thinking to the table. Qualifications Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a creative or art direction role, preferably within an advertising, branding, or marketing agency. Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary creative teams and managing projects from concept to delivery. Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution across platforms (including retail activations, digital, social, OOH, and print). Fluency in English is essential; fluency in Arabic (reading/writing/speaking) is highly preferred. Strong understanding of the GCC market, especially consumer behaviors and cultural nuances in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with creative workflows, timelines, and asset delivery processes.
