Direct message the job poster from PAD Properties We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This dual-role position combines strategic lead generation with performance marketing expertise to attract and convert qualified prospects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by creating targeted campaigns, optimizing digital funnels, and ensuring a steady pipeline of quality leads. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation Identify and target prospective clients through digital outreach, cold leads, and market research. Build and manage a qualified pipeline of leads using CRM tools and lead scoring systems. Develop outreach strategies tailored to different customer segments. Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth handoff and follow-up of high-intent leads. Attend industry events or networking opportunities to source new leads. Performance Marketing Plan and execute paid digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Linked In, etc.) to drive lead acquisition. Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPL, and ROI. Analyze audience behavior, market trends, and A/B test creatives and messaging. Work with the marketing team to align landing pages and content with campaign goals. Produce monthly performance reports and recommend improvements based on data insights. Requirements: 5 years+ of experience in lead generation and performance marketing - Must be in real estate Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and paid media platforms. Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
