Job Description Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Oversee the development of long-term master plans that align with the strategic goals of the organization or project. Project Management: Oversee and manage the planning process from conception through completion, ensuring all milestones are met. Coordination: Work with architects, engineers, urban planners, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the plan are integrated and cohesive. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that plans comply with local, state, and federal regulations and zoning laws. Community Engagement: Engage with community stakeholders to gather input and feedback. Qualifications: Degree in Architecture / Urban planning or related discipline. Minimum of 10 years of experience.
