Group Chief Operating Officer

Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Group Chief Operating Officer for a group of Dermatology and Aesthetic clinics in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Job Overview We are seeking a COO with a minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in an operational leadership role, fully responsible for the P&L of the clinics. Candidates should have experience leading or operating multiple aesthetic centers or dermatology clinics and a proven track record of scaling and growing a profitable business for at least four consecutive quarters. Ideal Candidate Profile Well-known within the dermatology circles in UAE Exceptional leader and top marketing strategist Understanding of success metrics in the aesthetics business Overseas candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply Key Responsibilities Implement strategic plans and budgets in collaboration with the CEO Translate strategy into operational plans with clear milestones and metrics Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery Oversee overall performance and operational management Design and future-proof operational policies Manage day-to-day operations and deputize for the CEO as needed Oversee financial management, business planning, legal contracts, and governance Manage IT, HR, Communications, and Legal divisions Drive business development and identify new income streams and partnership opportunities Engage with stakeholders and foster relationships with regional partners Participate in major strategic decisions, ensuring due process Lead, motivate, and develop staff effectively Additional Information Applicants should independently research the employer's credibility.
