We give you the opportunity to work on interesting projects with industry leaders along with career development through the GHD Business School, flexible leave and family-friendly policies.QA/QC Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring that construction projects adhere to established quality standards and meet regulatory requirements.Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for construction projects. Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards. Review and approve quality-related documentation, such as material submittals and testing reports. Monitor and assess construction activities to ensure they align with approved plans and specifications. Identify and document non-compliance issues, and work with project teams to develop corrective action plans. Conduct audits of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they meet quality requirements. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality-related documentation. Generate reports detailing QA/QC findings, trends, and recommendations for improvement. Provide timely updates to project stakeholders on quality performance. Provide guidance and training to project teams on QA/QC processes and requirements. Conduct workshops or seminars to promote a culture of quality within the organization. Stay up-to-date with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations. Ensure that construction activities align with local, state, and federal requirements. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to address quality-related issues. Participate in project meetings to provide input on QA/QC matters.
