Architect

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team. This role will be instrumental in supporting design management and coordination for both current and upcoming projects. Key Responsibilities: Support design management and coordination for residential and hospitality projects. Oversee architectural designs from conceptualization to execution, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule adherence. Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to develop innovative and functional designs. Assist in project presentations, proposals, and design documentation. Ensure design compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards. Utilize advanced design software tools for producing high-quality architectural drawings and visualizations. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s (BArch) or Master’s (MArch) degree in Architecture. Experience: 8-10 years of experience working on residential and hospitality projects with design consultancies and real estate developers in the UAE. Expertise in: Auto CAD, Revit, 3D Sketch Up,3D Studio Max, Rendering, MS Office, Revu, Photoshop, Aconex. Specialization: Master Planning, Interior Design, and Project Coordination.
