Responsibilities Build and maintain client relationships with new & existing clients by understanding their needs and trading profiles, providing support and guidance as required. Promote the company's new products and services. Train clients on the company's platforms and trading tools. Analyze, identify, plan, design, and implement strategies to increase client loyalty based on system data and industry insights. Maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention, and reactivation. Conduct in-person client meetings and represent the company at VIP events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities worldwide. Requirements Fluent Spanish speaker is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage. Advanced MS Excel skills are a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to relocate at own expense; visa fees covered by the company if applicable. Business-level proficiency in English (CEFR B2 or above).
