We are currently recruiting for an Lead Devops Architect for our client to be based out of their Dubai office. Job Description: The primary purpose of this role is to oversee and manage the development and implementation of Dev Ops strategies that align with the organization's goals. This involves setting up guidelines for the Dev Ops practice, supervising teams of engineers in multiple projects, ensuring effective project management, and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive continuous integration and delivery initiatives. Additionally, the role ensures that all projects adhere to established guidelines and best practices, providing leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Provide technical mentorship to Virtual Architects on Dev Ops-specific architecture patterns and tools. Assess Dev Ops-related HLDs and business architecture deliverables for technical accuracy and feasibility. Validate EA artefacts in ADOIT and ADONIS for compliance with established standards. Serve as the Dev Ops Architecture point of contact in cross-functional strategic projects. Collaborate with project teams to architect Dev Ops solutions aligned with enterprise direction. Ensure Dev Ops artefacts in EA tools (ADOIT, ADONIS) and collaboration platforms (Confluence, Azure Dev Ops) are accurate and up to date. Govern technical documentation for consistency and alignment with defined standards. Identify technical gaps or inefficiencies in current Dev Ops implementations. Propose targeted improvements to architecture leads and system owners for remediation. Requirements Experience in setting up a new Dev Ops capability and manage its evolution and operation and governance.
