This role oversees the development of scalable, high-quality digital applications and tools aligned with the company's goals and digital transformation strategies. The position also entails managing the entire technology development lifecycle, particularly in data management and enabling artificial intelligence applications. This role is the primary company for data management within the organization.Key Roles And Responsibilities Assess project requirements to determine digital transformation and AI resource needs according to approved government standards, and plan the tools and mechanisms to develop and manage relevant project plans. Enhance automation capabilities and integrate AI technologies into application development processes. Collaborate with various departments to lead the adoption of AI applications and data management practices. Implement systems and procedures that ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency—forming a foundation for successful AI models. Oversee end-to-end implementation of AI projects—from ideation to deployment—ensuring scalability, robustness, and alignment with the organization’s tech infrastructure. Identify data management risks and propose effective mitigation strategies. Lead effective communication of the data management program to stakeholders within and outside the organization. Skills And Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital application development, IT project management, or similar fields. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems. Hands-on experience and solid understanding of data management methodologies and AI applications. Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, systems integration, and cloud solutions. Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget. Proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and tools used in application development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-centric approach to solution design. Excellent leadership skills and stakeholder management capabilities. Proficiency in both Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking). #J-18808-Ljbffr
