The Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CMMS Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in managing and optimizing the computerized maintenance management system to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations for high-profile clients. What We Can Offer Meaningful and interesting projects delivered to high-profile clients across the Energy Sector Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: We actively promote diversity and inclusion Competitive remuneration package with regular reviews Medical Insurance for inpatient and outpatient care Group Life and Personal Accident Insurance End of Service Gratuity in line with UAE Labor Law The Employee Share Plan: Opportunity to purchase Wood shares with company match Long Service Award: Recognizing loyalty at milestones of 5 years Professional development tailored to individual needs Global connections with industry experts Energy Transition Academy: Join a community sharing expertise in energy systems The Key Objectives for This Role Drive technical excellence in Maintenance Systems Development, ensuring best-in-class solutions Support project and client requirements in developing and implementing maintenance regimes and data for CMMS systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) Develop documentation and data for new projects and optimize existing maintenance data to improve reliability and safety Ensure client satisfaction by delivering quality maintenance solutions within scope, budget, and timelines Responsibilities Provide input on maintenance, reliability, and asset management activities, including strategy development, data builds, and reliability modeling Conduct QA/QC audits on CMMS data to ensure compliance with guidelines and client expectations Delegate and review work of team members Follow and improve relevant procedures Guide project setup regarding maintenance data requirements Stay informed on regulatory and technological developments Support the broader Wood business with technical expertise Contribute to scope definition for new projects Communicate improvement opportunities Ensure quality of delivery Qualifications Skills and Qualifications BSc, B.Eng., HNC, HND or equivalent in maintenance discipline NVQ or similar trade qualification with industrial experience 5-7 years of relevant experience Effective communication and relationship-building skills Experience with maintenance data projects and CMMS/ERP systems Proficiency in MS Office Personal Attributes Application of maintenance theory in practical contexts Continuous learner and self-developer Dependable and diligent Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively Organized, observant, and good communicator Ability to meet deadlines and work in teams Alignment with Wood’s values and behaviors About Us Wood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, operating in 60 countries with around 35,000 employees.
