Remote working policies Leave increment based on tenure Learning platforms Job Description At MAGNi TT, our Marketing team plays a critical role in driving brand visibility, generating leads, and reinforcing our position as the reference platform for Venture Capital and Private Equity data across Emerging Markets.We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Team Lead to elevate our content and media presence. You will lead efforts to sharpen our brand identity, optimize content performance, manage media relations, and support demand generation.Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced, B2B Saa S environment and is excited to experiment, iterate, and drive impact across channels? If so, we should talk about how you might contribute as a Marketing Team Lead at MAGNi TT.Key Responsibilities: • Build and oversee a comprehensive content strategy, ensuring all external communications (social posts, newsletters, website copy, etc.) are consistent, optimized, and aligned with MAGNi TT goals;• Strengthen MAGNi TT’s positioning as an enterprise Saa S leader in the Venture and Private Capital ecosystems;• Develop product messaging that differentiates the platform from global and regional competitors;• Manage media relationships and prepare press releases to support product and report launches;• Plan the end-to-end launch of new products and releases, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the go-to-market plan;• Supervise the marketing team through their daily operations for effective implementation of the marketing strategy, including email marketing, social media, and paid campaigns;• Maintain and improve internal marketing processes, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional collaboration.• Test and improve social media and website content strategies to boost engagement and conversions;• Develop the necessary materials to support the effective marketing of our products (product presentations, product demos and videos, thought leadership pieces, objection handling, etc.);• Support communication of the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the tools that support the selling process;• Coordinate 3rd party client campaigns, including the collection of collateral, scheduling of campaigns, and post-campaign results reporting;• Oversee KPI data collection and evaluate key metrics, distilling insights, and recommending actionable projects to improve marketing KPIs. Job Requirements Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required;• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a Saa S or data-driven company;• Proven experience managing content and media strategies;• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;• Strong command of digital channels including Linked In, Twitter, email marketing, and CMS platforms;• Familiarity with PR strategy, media pitching, and crafting press releases;• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly;• Experience with tools like Mailchimp, Hub Spot, Google Analytics, and Word Press is a plus;• Strong sense of aesthetic/ design/ style;• Ability to work, think, and execute independently.Good to have/be: • Fluent oral & written Arabic;• HTML knowledge is a plus;• Experience in SEO;• Prior experience working at a startup or for a startup;• Strong interest in venture capital and startups;• Highly organized and meticulous;• Experience in the MAGNi TT Platform and/or other financial databases is a bonus.
