Integrated Marketing Specialist
Description
The Integrated Marketing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating with brands to collate marketing collateral and execute promotions across various channels. This role also includes managing website content and overseeing customer service interactions to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a solid marketing background, with a focus on content creation and social media management Job Responsibilities: Coordinate with brand partners to gather marketing collateral and ensure alignment across promotional materials for various campaigns Manage and update website content to ensure it aligns with marketing goals and brand messaging Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.), ensuring content is engaging and on-brand Create, edit, and publish content for both web and social media, including blog posts, product descriptions, and promotional materials Track and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance to inform strategies and optimize results Work closely with customer service teams to address customer queries, feedback, and ensure consistent brand communication Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design ) to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and content that supports company objectives Assist with promotional events and product launches, ensuring online and offline activities are integrated effectively Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and content marketing, applying insights to improve campaigns Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 3-4 years of prior marketing experience, with preference for experience in the luxury industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software tools Strong communication skills with experience in content creation Strong content creation and copywriting skills for both digital and social media platforms Experience in social media management and content scheduling tools Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners High attention to detail and quality control #J-18808-Ljbffr
