Digital Marketing Location: Dubai Company: AMS International About the Role We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact between AMS International and our clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and a positive employee experience while upholding our company's reputation. Key Responsibilities Represent and uphold a positive image of AMS International. Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding of employees. Supervise and track employee attendance, leave records, annual tickets, and personal documentation. Provide counseling support to staff and resolve personnel-related issues as required. Maintain up-to-date and accurate personnel files; coordinate with AMS HQ on Immigration and Labour procedures. Oversee annual and sick leave schedules; liaise with clients on approvals. Coordinate with clients annually regarding performance bonuses and salary increments. Support continuous improvement of HR processes and engage with staff to enhance employee satisfaction. Ensure consistent application of company policies; escalate ambiguities or inconsistencies. Act as a liaison between AMS and client for matters concerning new joiners, terminations, workspace allocations, and logistics. Manage monthly payroll (WPS) and client invoicing via relevant portals. Requirements Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR or related roles. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices. Proficient in managing HR administration, payroll, and employee relations. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Preferred Candidates on their own visa.
