Brand Manager
Description
We are looking for a Brand Manager who will manage, plan, and develop brand requirements of entities, playing a key role in defining and updating the metaverse brand guidelines . This includes managing the evolution of brand governance related to naming, positioning, identity, trademarking, and domains. Job Responsibilities • Manage the development and adoption of Crypto Exchange brand guidelines, content, and customer experience vision. Communicate and obtain sign-off from key stakeholders, and review/update projects as needed. Key Accountabilities & Activities • Understand the client's business objectives and how brands are represented in the metaverse. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of brand strategy implementation. • Set design guidelines and experience principles, leading branding strategies for each client. Advocate for the brand architecture system and guide clients in understanding and positioning their brands. • Evolve the metaverse brand, visual guidelines, and experience principles in line with growth stages to ensure consistency of tone and aesthetics. • Ensure brand alignment across different entities at every touchpoint within the metaverse. • Collaborate with the client's marketing teams on brand narratives within the metaverse. • Analyze audience segments, consumer behavior, and market trends to develop strategies that resonate with target audiences. • Use insights from strategy, planning, and delivery teams to generate new brand development ideas for the metaverse or underutilized audience segments. Minimum Requirements At least 4 years of experience in Brand Management. Experience in product or project leadership within a metaverse activation. Strong understanding of marketing strategies. Education & Skills Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields. Relevant industry qualifications/certifications. Strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills. Analytical skills and creative thinking. Collaboration and influencing skills. Proficiency in Arabic is beneficial. This role involves developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive growth. The individual must work cross-functionally to execute strategies and maintain brand consistency. Additional Responsibilities Coordinate across functions for brand decision consistency. Analyze and report on brand performance and ROI. Monitor market and consumer trends. Develop pricing and distribution strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing. 5+ years of brand management or marketing experience.
