Architectural Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating detailed architectural drawings and plans that cater to our luxury design projects. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-end, innovative designs within the vibrant and fast-growing UAE market. Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans based on design specifications and client requirements. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to develop and modify project layouts. - Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and regulations in the UAE. - Utilize CAD and other design software to produce precise and accurate architectural plans. - Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and documentation for client meetings. - Review and revise drafts based on feedback from project teams and clients. - Maintain organized records of drawings and project documentation for easy reference. - Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman or similar role, preferably within luxury design projects. - Proficiency in CAD software (Auto CAD, Revit, or similar) and other architectural design tools. - Strong understanding of architectural concepts, construction methods, and building codes in the UAE. - Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and well-organized drawings. - Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field is preferred. - Prior experience working in the UAE or familiarity with local design standards is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
