Stay abreast of new financial laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required. Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar financial role or capacity. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Exceptional proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Proven ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
