Portfolio Relationship Manager (Al Ain) - Priority Banking ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Al Ain, United Arab Emirates Job Description Key Accountabilities of the role: Client/Business Acquisition: Responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding the customer base. Channels Cooperation: Collaborate with various channels to deliver seamless service. Management of Service Delivery: Ensure high-quality service delivery to clients. Control and Risk Mitigation: Manage risks effectively and ensure compliance. Additional Responsibilities include: Generating new business through marketing activities, gold center contacts, and existing networks. Increasing team revenue and productivity via cross-selling and up-selling remotely. Acquiring new to bank customers. Identifying potential expansion locations. Converting inbound and outbound leads into sales. Building trust relationships with key customers. Maintaining a loyal customer base and referral network. Promoting financial products remotely. Collecting necessary information and data. Evaluating clients' risk profiles and handling associated functions. Referring customers to other channels based on their needs. Implementing Priority Banking services across branches. Monitoring service levels and customer satisfaction remotely. Retaining customers through complaint resolution, account management, and inquiries. Gathering customer feedback. Reviewing credit applications. Adhering to processes and ensuring proper documentation. Identifying error trends and recommending process improvements. Skills / Technical Knowledge Required: University degree or recognized professional certification. Minimum of three years' experience in financial analysis, markets, investment, wealth management, or financial planning. Knowledge of ADIB's retail banking products and services. Experience in sales, product development, or wealth advisory for priority banking customers/retail HNIs. Knowledge of ADIB's credit and operational policies. Understanding of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks. UAE Financial Rules & Regulations Certification. International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (Level 3). Market knowledge of competitors. Experience leading a team of professionals. Knowledge of service standards. Training and presentation skills. Proficiency in computer skills. Previous Experience: Minimum of five years' related banking experience in UAE.
