Senior Manager Program Controls

The position is responsible for overseeing data capture, performing calculations and analysis, measuring performance, forecasting, conducting trend analysis, reporting variances, and managing scheduling for the Delivery Program Scheduling Team. Furthermore, this role entails the active analysis and recommendation of strategies to mitigate scheduling challenges. The individual in this position will function as the primary representative for planning and control, ensuring comprehensive oversight of scheduling analysis, trend monitoring, performance evaluations, and reporting at both the Delivery Program and Enterprise levels. We seek a passionate expert with expertise in planning and scheduling and a proven track record in Project Controls, alongside a solid understanding of design and construction processes. An awareness of local market conditions and advanced skills in utilizing project control software are essential. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business is essential, alongside professional certifications that enhance your profile, such as Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP), Certified Cost Professional (CCP), Certified Estimating Professional (CEP), and Earned Value Professional (EVP). At least 8 years of experience in a similar role and a minimum of 5 years in large-scale construction projects, particularly those with aviation project experience.
