The Regional Sales Manager will play a critical role in building strong relationships with distributors to ensure effective product placement, promotion and sales execution. More specifically, your duties will include Create and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed NSV and market share goals. Track distributor performance metrics, analyse sales data, and provide actionable insights to improve results. Identify new distributor in Iraq and work with him on a long term JBP to develop both our brand footprint and distributor capabilities. Partner with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and with SNO to ensure product availability and supply chain efficiency. Support distributors in addressing key account needs and resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction. Ensure all sales activities and distributor agreements comply with company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards. About You5 years’ experience within FMCG with experience in building sales plans and executing with distributors Substantial experience partnering and influencing commercial outcomes within an FMCG or manufacturing business Ability to join the dots and make decisions in a fast moving global business environment The fast pace and changing environment require the ability to operate both at a strategic and tactical level Demonstrated influencing skills with the ability to work with marketing to coordinate plans with demand and supply You are someone who loves deep diving into your work, a natural problem solver you are also lateral thinker who enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
