Process Engineer

ISS International Sp A is looking for a Process Engineer in Abu Dhabi Process Engineer Basic Functions: Carry out process engineering work on assigned projects under the supervision of the Lead Process Engineer. Tasks and Responsibilities: Typically 10-15 years of experience in oil and gas, preferably with offshore wellhead/process platform experience. Knowledge of process engineering design, including understanding process descriptions, data sheets, PFDs, and P&IDs. Perform process simulations using Hysys / Unisim and flare load calculations with Aspen Flarenet. Familiarize with the scope of work, monitor changes, and raise change notifications as needed. Coordinate with PMT and other discipline engineers as directed by the Lead Engineer. Prepare and check key deliverables such as: Process simulations, heat and material balances. Process design basis documentation. Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs). Safety charts and process safeguarding diagrams. Operating philosophy and manuals. Equipment and instrument datasheets. Equipment and line lists. Flare radiation and dispersion calculations. Depressurization and flare network studies. Equipment and line sizing calculations. Fluid lists. Assist the Lead Process Engineer in IDC activities and liaise with drafting teams for drawing development. #J-18808-Ljbffr
