If so, this opportunity at Wio Bank might be perfect for you!We’re looking for a talented Regulatory Management & Oversight Specialist to join our dynamic Compliance team at Wio Bank , one of the most innovative financial platforms in the MENA region. You'll play a key role in shaping and maintaining our regulatory framework while helping the bank navigate the evolving compliance landscape.What You’ll Be Doing: Develop, implement, and update the regulatory oversight framework to ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations.Monitor regulatory developments and advise on policy/procedural updates.Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.Manage and maintain the regulatory library, breach register, and violation logs.Collaborate with internal teams (Risk, Legal, IT, Ops) to embed regulatory requirements into business practices. Deliver compliance training programs and promote a culture of ethical behavior.Provide regulatory support for incident investigations and internal audits.What We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance within a Tier 1 bank or leading financial institution.Strong background in developing and maintaining regulatory frameworks and compliance policies.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Professional certifications such as ICA, CRCM, or equivalent are highly desirable.Excellent understanding of UAE regulatory bodies (CBUAE, FSRA, DFSA) and compliance obligations.Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders.Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.What’s in it for You?
