Perform in-depth spend analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and supplier rationalization. Lead category strategy development and execution for key indirect spend areas (e.g., IT software, professional services). Understand various technology sub-categories, vendor landscapes regionally and globally, and sourcing practices. Manage large software sourcing projects for on-premise and cloud solutions. Conduct supplier market intelligence, benchmarking, and cost modeling. Lead RFPs, RFIs, e-auctions, and negotiations to improve total cost of ownership. Maintain procurement governance and audit trails in compliance with policies and regulations. Negotiate contractual clauses in master contracts with legal and business stakeholders. Communicate effectively to manage internal and external negotiations. Have good knowledge of the regional and global supplier base. Sourcing experience from domestic and international ecosystems, adopting best practices. Be a quick learner, good listener, team player, and strategic thinker.
