RME coordinator

Job Responsibilities Taking care of overall Facility & Admin activities. Performing daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks as per PPM schedule. Attending TT calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair works. Coordinating with vendors for systems under warranty/AMC. Monitoring energy consumption readings. DG maintenance. Maintaining and troubleshooting all conveyor systems, electrical, and mechanical components. Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, wiring methods, and materials. Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components such as photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tacks, and encoders. Supporting production in a safe, customer-focused manner. Refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes, fixtures, fittings, equipment, fixed furniture, and OPS equipment like trolleys, cages, and carts. Conducting regular checks of fire alarms and extinguishers. Performing maintenance, oiling, and greasing of carts, trolleys, pumps, and rolling shutters. Attending to electrical works regularly. Issuing height work and hot work permits. Attending civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls. Providing daily reports on TT closures, open cases, RCA, and incident reports. Updating tools inventory with the help of EAM tool. Performing PPM schedule maintenance as per EAM/PPM schedule. Managing soft services activities such as pest control, housekeeping, and waste disposal. Handling agency staff and overseeing overall shift activities. Basic Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics Engineering with 5 years of experience. Preferred Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics Engineering with 5 years of experience.
