Job Requirements Our Ideal Candidate: BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a relevant field. Proven success as a sales representative or sales manager, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets, especially in the travel, hospitality, or travel tech industries. A dedication to ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and conferences, accompanied by an eagerness to stay ahead of industry trends and technologies. Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence credibly and effectively at all organizational levels. Aptitude for building solid relationships both within and outside the company. Proven competence in driving the sales process from planning to closure, utilizing strategic thinking and innovative approaches. Strong business acumen with deep insights into the travel tech industry. Understanding of key market drivers and the ability to leverage Nuitée’s products, including Lite API, Core API, White Label, Hub API Connector, and Cupid, to achieve sales objectives. Established professional network within the travel and hospitality industry or ability to develop one rapidly, using this network to uncover new opportunities for Nuitée. Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating within a team-oriented environment. Nice to Have: Experience in writing and managing API documentation, creating marketing content, and driving product improvements based on customer feedback. Experience in travel technology or hotel distribution. Strong storytelling ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with different audiences. Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and presentation skills. Passion for understanding and solving customer problems, ensuring that their needs are at the forefront of product development. Marketing Content Creation: Ability to create compelling and informative marketing materials that resonate with target audiences. Job Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Understand and anticipate the needs of customer leads, providing tailored solutions and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Drive growth by unlocking new customer discussions in targeted accounts and fostering revenue growth through strategic new customer acquisition. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on Nuitée’s unique products and services, showcasing our solutions like Lite API, Core API, and White Label. Represent Nuitée at exhibitions and conferences, enhancing our brand visibility and networking with industry professionals. Negotiate and close deals, managing any objections with professionalism and a customer-centric approach. Work closely with team members to achieve superior results, embracing the autonomy of your role while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Collect and communicate feedback from customers and prospects, providing valuable insights to our internal teams for continuous product and service improvement. Identify emerging markets and shifts, staying ahead of the curve regarding new products and competitors. Develop and execute strategic plans in partnership with clients, ensuring the delivery of tailored products and services that meet their specific needs.
