REVIT Architect - Dubai

Responsible for concept, schematic, detailed, tender, and construction drawings. Prepare drawings according to the standards and terms of the company and clients. Create building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications. Work around factors such as international building codes and local laws. Work closely with fellow members within the organization. Resolve any problems that may arise during the construction phase. Key Responsibilities (Not limited to): Responsible for concept, schematic, detailed, tender, and construction drawings. Key Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of related experience within Architecture design. Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Familiarity with international and local building codes. Proficiency in English. Registration with the local authority (e.g., Dubai/Abu Dhabi Municipality) is advantageous. Proficiency with REVIT, Photoshop, Sketch Up, Naviswork, BIM 360.
