Manager Commercial Performance Management (UAE National) United Arab Emirates Job Description Key Accountabilities Ensure full alignment on definitions and measurement of commercial, customer, and operational KPIs. Build bottom-up segment budgets and ensure tighter alignment with EITC strategy. Automate segment reporting to generate performance reports and dashboards for various KPIs. Review weekly and monthly performance with scorecard holders. Lead detailed variance analysis of actual vs. target, including root cause analysis of underperforming KPIs. Raise performance risks and business opportunities in a timely manner to support target fulfillment. Conduct business studies on past, future, and comparative performance; develop forecast models. Identify trends and advise on recommended actions based on sound analysis. Support in Opex bottom-up budgeting and reporting. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Finance or Business Management. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in analysis and reporting roles, preferably in the telecom industry. Good understanding of planning, budgeting, and business operations in telecom. Skills: Commercial and business acumen. Financial modeling and risk analysis. Solid presentation and editorial skills. Impact and influence. Customer focus. Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks daily.
