Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Create Alert Manage a portfolio of large corporate clients, ensuring the achievement of profitability, sales, and risk objectives Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers within the assigned territory Support the Global Relationship Manager (GRM) in defining sales strategies and setting the commercial budget, specifically for commercial banking products and services Promote commercial campaigns in coordination with internal stakeholders, as defined by the Strategies and Marketing Department Monitor customer performance and relationship trends, identify risks or underperformance, and initiate corrective measures in coordination with the GRM Collaborate with the Global Strategic Coverage team and the GRM to support targeted commercial initiatives across Investment Banking and Structured Finance products Proactively manage the credit risk profile of assigned customers, including early identification of signs of deterioration Prepare and process credit facility proposals and reviews, ensuring all legal, contractual, and guarantee requirements are met Contribute to internal rating assessments Ensure optimal utilization of approved credit lines across technical forms Authorize product pricing, terms, and conditions in accordance with delegated authority and internal procedures Promote cross-selling in collaboration with specialist teams within the Branch, Division, or Group product companies Support Italian and Multinational clients under the Branch’s responsibility, coordinating with Global Corporate Department counterparts and acting as a key contact for developing clients in collaboration with the Retail Banking Division Ensure full compliance with internal policies, operational processes, and regulatory requirements in managing client relationships Required Experience 7-10 years of proven track record in relationship management with large corporate clients and experience in international banking and cross-border corporate transactions is preferred Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge University degree in Finance, Economics, or Law Excellent communication skills in English (mother-tongue level required) Knowledge of Italian or another MENA/European language is a strong plus Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills Proven negotiation and analytical abilities Willingness to travel as required Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and leverage financial data Proficiency in balance sheet analysis Knowledge of financial modelling Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) About us We are the leading banking group in Italy and one of the Top Tier in Europe.
