Description
Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information. Inputting data into a system. Input data to Dubai Municipality System. Enter text and figures into company spreadsheets and/or databases. Handle confidential information and data. Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information. Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data. Combines data from both systems when account information is incomplete. Secures information by completing database backups. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Data Entry Essential Skills Excellent typing and computer skills. Strong organizational skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel. The ability to use email in a professional setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
