Direct message the job poster from Alpago Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Engineer to oversee and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures for luxury villa and apartment construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with project specifications, local building codes, and international quality standards while maintaining high-quality finishing standards. Responsibilities include: Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC plans and procedures for high-end villa and apartment construction projects. Ensure compliance with project specifications, local building codes, and international quality standards (ISO, ASTM, BS, etc.). Perform site inspections, audits, and quality checks to ensure construction quality meets project requirements. Supervise and coordinate third-party testing laboratories for material and workmanship quality verification. Conduct inspections of concrete, steel reinforcement, waterproofing, finishing, and MEP systems. Implement and monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly. Maintain QA/QC records, test results, inspection reports, and material approval documents. Prepare and review quality reports, Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), and method statements. Assist in preparing project-specific quality manuals and checklists. Assist in conducting pre-handover inspections and snagging to ensure high-quality project delivery. Maintain high finishing standards to ensure customer satisfaction for luxury properties. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering Minimum 6+ years of QA/QC experience in luxury villa and apartment projects Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems Familiarity with international construction standards (BS, ASTM, ACI, etc.) Experience with high-end finishes and MEP coordination Valid UAE Driving License Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Auto CAD, MS Office, and QA/QC software Ability to provide training and awareness programs for site personnel on quality procedures and best practices Additional Details: Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Industry: Construction and Interior Design #J-18808-Ljbffr
