Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or technical roles within the lighting industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong technical knowledge of lighting products and industry standards. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
