Network Engineer – F5 & FortiGate Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer with hands-on experience in F5 Load Balancers and Forti Gate Firewalls to join our infrastructure team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting secure and high-performance network systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of networking protocols, security best practices, and experience managing enterprise-level infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and manage F5 BIG-IP load balancers , including LTM, GTM/DNS, and ASM modules. Configure and maintain Forti Gate Firewalls , including VPNs, web filtering, IPS, and application control. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues across LAN, WAN, and cloud environments. Implement network segmentation, redundancy, and high availability strategies. Collaborate with security and application teams to ensure secure and optimized traffic flow. Create and maintain documentation for network architecture, configuration, and procedures. Participate in network upgrades, patching, and disaster recovery planning. Analyze security threats and assist in implementing network defense strategies. Provide support for network incidents, changes, and service requests via ITIL practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field. 4–7 years of experience in network engineering roles. Strong expertise with F5 BIG-IP , including i Rules, LTM, and load balancing policies. In-depth experience with Forti Gate Firewalls , including Forti Manager and Forti Analyzer. Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs). Experience with network monitoring tools (Solar Winds, PRTG, etc.). Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
