Executive – Operations, Facilities Management (MEP) Department: Facilities Management Location: Dubai Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description The Executive – Operations, Facilities Management (MEP) is responsible for the efficient and effective operation, maintenance, and monitoring of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across assigned facilities. This role ensures technical compliance, uptime of equipment, safety, and adherence to SLAs and KPIs in line with industry best practices. Duties and Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical panels, DG sets, fire systems, plumbing, STP/WTP, etc. Conduct routine inspections to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to safety and quality standards. Manage vendor/AMC services, ensuring timely PPM schedules, service delivery, and reporting. Monitor and track asset performance; implement corrective actions in case of breakdowns or inefficiencies. Assist in the energy management program to identify cost-saving opportunities. Maintain documentation related to MEP systems including checklists, logbooks, PPM records, and audit reports. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders during installations, upgrades, or refurbishments. Support in preparing operational reports, incident reports, and management review documents. Ensure compliance with statutory, health, and safety regulations related to facility operations. Qualifications & Experience Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Engineering field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in MEP Operations within Facilities Management. Sound knowledge of BMS systems, HVAC operations, electrical panels, firefighting systems, and plumbing networks. Experience with CAFM systems and maintenance reporting tools is preferred. Skills Strong technical understanding of MEP systems. Good communication and vendor coordination skills. Ability to manage routine and emergency operations effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Problem-solving and decision-making capability under pressure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
