Purchasing & Procurement Coordinator

We are a leading Display Solution, Signage, Exhibition and Graphics production company located in Dubai Production City. We are currently seeking proactive, dynamic candidates to join our expanding team in the role of Purchasing & Procurement Coordinator. Job Responsibilities: Identify and source suppliers for materials and supplies required for projects. Obtain quotes, evaluate offers, negotiate pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness, prepare purchase orders, and ensure timely procurement of materials to meet project timelines. Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels. Coordinate with the production team to ensure efficient storage and distribution of inventory. Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts. Provide regular updates to management on procurement activities and cost-saving initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Work closely with project managers, designers, and other internal teams to understand project requirements and timelines. Research potential suppliers locally and internationally. Determine the lowest cost of products and materials. Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices. Responsible for material planning and cost-saving analysis. Liaise with stockroom staff to ensure all orders arrive in good condition. Conduct market research to identify pricing trends. Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. At least two years’ experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management within the signages, fit-out, or equivalent industry is preferred. Proficient in MS Office, specifically in MS Excel. Good verbal and written communication skills. The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills.
