Program Manager – Digital Experience

Duration: 12 months extendable (Long Term with Marc Ellis Payroll)Location: Abu Dhabi Summary: Seeking a highly organized and strategically minded Program Manager (PM) to join our Digital & e Commerce Experience team. This critical role will help drive delivery excellence across our digital transformation initiatives.Job Brief: • 5+ years of experience in project or program management for UX/UI design ideally within digital experience design, e Commerce, or product teams.• Strong background in managing timelines, dependencies, and delivery for cross functional teams.• Exceptional Power Point and storytelling skills; able to turn complex information into crisp executive-level narratives.• Solid understanding of digital product delivery cycles (web and app) and agile ways of working.• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders.• Experience in a digital transformation or consumer-facing digital product environment.• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence and navigating in Figma.• Background in e Commerce, travel, or related industries is a bonus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
