Skills: VMware, IT infrastructure, Windows, Linux, NAS, Commvault, Active Directory, Exchange Responsibilities (Includes all tasks): Minimum of 15 years experience in IT Infrastructure domain with at least 10 years managing large IT projects. Experience in at least three private cloud deployment and management projects. Coordinate with IT Infrastructure Administrators for implementation and commissioning of IT Infrastructure. Coordinate with Application teams for application-specific requirements. Technical expertise on overall IT Infrastructure components. Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for IT infrastructure setup. Provide L3 Support onsite for infrastructure issues. Coordinate with NOC and AP Support teams for issue resolution. Mandate Technology Skills: VCF, Vx Rail, v Realize suite, VSAN, SRM & NSX. Expertise in Windows Server & RHEL Linux implementation, administration, management, and troubleshooting. Expertise in AD, Exchange, Mobile Device Management solutions. Mandatory Microsoft MCSE certification. RHEL/RHCE certification. Experience with Dell Isilon NAS Storage & Commvault backup storage. Experience managing SAP environments. Skills in building infrastructure and maintenance calendar. Experience in disaster recovery drills. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. BMC Suite administration skills: TSSA, TSNA, and ITOM. Knowledge of open-source container/Kubernetes (desirable). Technical Skills / Competencies: Windows, Linux, Storage (NAS), Commvault Backup, AD/Exchange. Good knowledge of VMware virtualization. Understanding of Infra Applications (running in FTA). Hands-on experience in planning and executing DR. Knowledge of hardware like DELL Vx Rail. Understanding of datacenter operations. Optional & Certifications: VMware, MCSE, ITIL, RHEL, Cloud certifications. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Accountability and task completion focus. Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
