Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and report on business development activities. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field, with a focus on property management preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the real estate or property management industry. Certified Property Manager (CPM) or similar certification is a strong asset, demonstrating commitment to professional excellence. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing successful business strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable business insights. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients. Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus to cater to diverse clients. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Dynamic personality with a proactive approach, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
