Director of Marketing, Communication

We're looking for a visionary Director of Marketing, Communications & Student Recruitment to lead our on-siteteam in the heart of Dubai. If you're passionate about building powerful brands, driving strategic campaigns, and making a lasting impact onan institution's global reputation, you might be the person we're looking for.What you'll be doing This role is about more than just marketing-it's about shaping how the world sees Canadian University Dubai (CUD). You'll be: Lead integrated marketing, communications, branding and PR strategies across all channels. Develop and implement studentrecruitment plans aligned with enrollment targets and academic calendar. Partner with Admissions to design recruitment funnels,from lead generation to yield management. Oversee school-and-agent outreach: educational fairs, campus visits, info sessions andpartner relationships. Create recruitment collateral (print, digital, video) tailored to diverse markets. Manage CRM/SIStools to track inquiries, applications and conversion metrics. Set and monitor KPIs: inquiry volume, application rate, conversionrate, yield and retention. Supervise recruitment team: hiring, training, performance reviews and budget management. Represent CUD at local andinternational recruitment events; brief leadership on market trends. You're probably a match if you have: Master's in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field. 10-12 years in marketing/branding/PR withat least 3 years in higher-education recruitment. Proven record hitting enrollment targets and optimizing recruitment funnels. Hands-on experience with CRM/SIS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Slate, Target X). Established network with school counselors,education agents and community partners. Strong analytic skills: comfortable interpreting recruitment data and adjustingtactics. Excellent presentation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills. Willingness to travel regionally forrecruitment activities. Full professional proficiency in English; Arabic or French is advantageous.
