Coordinate with project contractors and follow up on tender/contract drawings and document submissions. Monitor project budget activities, track expenses, and forecast budgets. Assist in preparation and review of tender documents (excluding scope of work), contracts, work orders, and material requests. Schedule and arrange project-related meetings; draft and distribute minutes of meetings (Mo Ms). Support departmental operations by following instructions from superiors and maintaining quality standards. Perform accurate data entry of project-related expenses and maintain auditable financial records. Assist in preparation of budget forecasts and year-end financial reports. Prepare and follow up on correspondence, drawings, documentation, and material approvals. Coordinate with project staff offshore/site and manage documentation and related drawings. Organize and attend contractor site visits, inspections, and project meetings; prepare reports and Mo Ms. Manage internal correspondence (IOC), coordinate security passes and marine vessel approvals. Ensure timely and accurate submission of project data for periodic reports.
