Objective The Project Systems Consultant focuses on integrating project management processes into SAP S/4HANA, ensuring the solution meets project financial and operational requirements. They specialize in integrating SAP PS with other SAP modules like FI, CO, MM, and SD to streamline project management processes. The role requires handling project structures, budgets, cost control, and reporting, managing full project lifecycles, and delivering solutions aligned with business objectives to improve project visibility and resource allocation. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP PS for project-based organizations, enhancing project planning, execution, and cost management. Configure Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Networks, and Activities to support project planning and management. Collaborate with finance and controlling teams to integrate SAP PS with SAP FI/CO for budget management, cost tracking, and financial reporting. Implement project cost tracking, variance analysis, and forecasting tools within SAP PS to ensure projects stay on budget. Provide expertise in project reporting and analysis using SAP Fiori to improve visibility and decision-making. Support post-go-live activities, including issue resolution, training, and system optimization. Experience in EDI setup and interfaces with external systems. Required Skillset 15+ years of SAP experience, focusing on Project Systems (PS). Experience in life sciences or manufacturing environments. Advanced understanding of project and time management. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori. Fluent in English; German or French skills are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
