We’re seeking an ambitious, resourceful City Manager to take full ownership of our growing portfolio of vacation rental properties and lead the charge in acquiring new clients. This is a part-time role to start, with a fast-track path to full-time based on performance. What You’ll Be Doing: Provide tailored market analysis and revenue forecasts to help clients make informed decisions Engage and convert hot inbound leads by clearly presenting Master Host’s services, addressing objections, and closing deals Operations & Property Management Lead the onboarding of new properties and build strong relationships with landlords and guests Manage guest communication, bookings, and optimize nightly rates using data and market insights Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and support teams to ensure seamless operations Handle emergencies, guest issues, and escalations with professionalism and speed What We’re Looking For: Strong knowledge of Dubai’s neighborhoods and local real estate trends Excellent communication and sales skills with a proven ability to close deals independently Experience in team leadership or operations management is a strong asset Fluent in English (spoken and written); Russian or Ukrainian is a plus Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Airbnb, pricing software, and CRM systems Must have access to a vehicle for site visits and client meetings Why Join Master Host?
